After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suit is filed in the year 2002 (Old R.C.S. No. 56/2002 and new R.C.S. No. 26/2008) and the matter is lingering for long period of time, creating further complication. The learned counsel further submits that direction be given to decide R.C.S. No. 26/2008 within stipulated period. 2.

In view of the submission canvassed above, Trial Court is directed to decide R.C.S. No. 26/2008 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within two years from the date of the production of this order. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
