Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since 2010, the proceedings filed by the petitioner under Section 41-D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act are pending. The same are not decided. 2.

The petitioner may prosecute the said proceedings with the Joint Charity Commissioner and may make an application to the authority where the said proceedings are pending to decide the same expeditiously.

The Joint Charity Commissioner shall consider pendency of the proceedings since year 2010 and may take effective steps for deciding the matter. It may also be considered that in the year 2014, the proceedings were remanded by the Court.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
