The present application is filed with a prayer that the legal heirs of deceased applicant be permitted to be brought on record in Civil Application No.11311/2016 and also in the memo of appeal in First Appeal on Stamp No.17902/2016. It is averred in the application that the applicants are the only legal heirs of the deceased applicant. The applicants have also placed on record death certificate at Exh.A of deceased Balbhim Shivram Londhe. In view of the submission so made, following order is passed:

ORDER

The Application is allowed. The legal heirs of deceased Balbhim Shivram Londhe be taken on record in Civil Application No.11311/2016 for condonation of delay as well as in the First Appeal on Stamp No.17902/2016. Amendment be carried out forthwith. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ...
