The applicants have preferred this application claiming to be legal representatives of deceased Bhalchandra Nilkanth Shetkar who died on 17/11/2014 i.e. after the decision by the Reference Court and filing of Appeal.

Sangle, learned counsel for appellant/respondent No. 2 has no objection to allow the application.

Considering the submissions advanced and the right to prosecute the Appeal survives, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary substitution be carried out within one week.
