Application is moved by the original petitioner from Writ Petition No. 10104 of 2013 for seeking correction in the order. He wants to make amendment in the prayer clause of the Writ Petition. In the Writ Petition, he had prayed for giving directions to the respondent to start acquisition proceedings which was to be as per old acquisition law.

Today, learned counsel submits that now new Act has taken place of old Act and so he wants to make amendment.

Ordinarily when the proceeding is to be started for acquisition, at present, it can be only under new Act and not under old Act.

Learned A.G.P. is present for the respondent. He has waived the service.

With the aforesaid explanation, the Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application No. 4799 of 2018 is also disposed of.
