Heard. This application is filed for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased appellant - Bhanudas Ravan Magar. The deceased died on 07.10.2017. This application is filed on 27.03.2024. There is delay of 2273 days caused in filing this application. It is stated in the application that the applicants were not aware of the pendency of the appeal in this Court. Very recently they got knowledge about filing of the appeal and it is thereafter they filed the application. The application is accompanied by copy of death certificate and heirship certificate issued by learned CJJD, Mantha.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The legal representatives are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
