By this application, filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, applicant - informant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.3 - accused by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Newasa. 2.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned APP. Perused the memo of application, documents annexed thereto and the impugned order.

Perusal of record prima facie, indicates that civil dispute is tried to be converted into criminal prosecution by applicant - informant.

Trial Court has rightly granted anticipatory bail to
