Applicants are seeking modification to the order passed by this Court on 30.01.2015 in respect of direction contained in paragraph no. 3 thereof. Applicants are prepared to furnish bank guarantee instead of security as directed by this Court. In this view of the matter, applicants shall be permitted to withdraw interest accrued on the amount deposited in fixed deposit in view of directives issued by Division Bench of this Court on 02.09.2011, on furnishing bank guarantee of nationalised or scheduled bank in the like amount. Save and except the modification referred to above, rest of the order dated 30.01.2015 shall remain unchanged. Civil application stands disposed of.
