Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been delay as applicant is in jail and there was no male member in the family to prosecute the case for filing appeal in the High court. Thus, delay may be condoned. 6.
In the interest of justice, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned. 7.
Criminal application No. 2163 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly.
