The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.3,11,000/- with interest at the rate of 9% per annum. 2.

Since applicant no.2 Aditya, at the relevant time was minor, the amount of his share was invested in the Nationalized Bank. 3.

Applicant no.2 Aditya is now seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,01,827/- along with the interest accrued thereon. 4.

Since the application is not objected on behalf of the respondent, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
