The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the year 2013 the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the respondent/committee. The vigilance was also conducted in the year 2013. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, but the proceeding is not yet decided. The promotional benefits are not accorded to the petitioner in absence of the validity certificate. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 2.

Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013, we direct the respondent No. 1 to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.08.2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
