This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant claims to have an apprehension of being arrested in connection with Crime No. 28 of 2023 registered with Markhel Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('I.P.C.'). 2.

Heard. Perused First Information Report ('F.I.R.') and related police papers.

The applicant has already been protected by order dated 29th March, 2023. The applicant is a woman. She is alleged to have assaulted the 1 / 2

942-ABA-431-23.odt informant and her brother with stick. Same may be an offence punishable either under Section 223 or 224 of the I.P.C. One who assaulted with an axe has been arrested and he is in jail.

Considering the role played by the applicant in the crime in question and she being a lady, order dated 29th March, 2023 granting the applicant interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute.
