Considering the fact that there were eye witnesses to the incident and the sentences awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, the present application is rejected.

The applicant would be at liberty to file private paperbook within a period of two months, upon which the appeal can be heard finally.

In case the private paperbook is not filed within the above period, Office to expedite the
