This is an application for anticipatory bail in view of apprehension in mind of the present applicants that they will be arrested in connection with crime No. 40/2015 registered at Kaij police station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable U/s 143,147,149,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s 3 (I) (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocity] Act.

Heard Mr. B.V.Wagh, learned counsel for Applicants and Mr. A.V.Deshmukh, learned A.P.P. for Respondent - State.

This Court on 09/04/2015 granted ad-interim anticipatory bail in favour of present applicant. 4.

Today when the matter was taken up for consideration of anticipatory bail and for confirmation of the interim order, learned A.P.P. who is armed with the written instructions from Investigating Officer, who is of the rank of Sub Division Officer of Sub Division, Kaij, Dist. Beed has made statement that custodial presence of the present applicant is not at all necessary. Statement accepted.
