The Petitioners, who are agriculturists, have received 2 notices. One notice is dated 22.12.2021 intimating them that the measurement of their lands would be carried out in between 07.01.2022 to 15.01.2022. Across the bar, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners has tendered the second notice dated 21.02.2022, received by the Petitioners indicating them that the joint measurement would be carried out between 24.01.2022 to 27.01.2022. The Petitioners submit that they were present when the measurements were carried out. They are unaware as to what had happened thereafter. They claim that they are still cultivating the lands as agricultural fields. khs/July 2023/7507

In view of the above, as this petition is filed prematurely, the same is disposed off.

Needless to state, if the Petitioners' land in Gat No.117 in village Sindhikalegaon, Tal. and Dist. Jalna happens to be acquired for the Sammruddhi Mahamarg Project, they would be entitled for compensation in accordance with the law applicable. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ) ( RAVINDRA V.
