Heard. The Petition is premature, in as much as there is challenge to the notice issued by the Police Authorities.

It is needless to observe that the Police Authorities shall not take preventive action

cwp467.15 against the Petitioner unless the Petitioner is heard and documents are perused by the Authorities. Liberty to the Petitioner to submit documents within four weeks from today, failing which the afore mentioned observations would not be available in favour of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
