Applicants seek condonation of delay of 2246 and 1056 days caused in preferring respective first appeals. The applicants

2 22 & 23 ca 4268.25 are ready to give up the interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

The respondents have not controverted the contents of the applications. There are no reasons to infer any malafides on the part of the applicants. In similar situated matters Coordinate Bench of this Court has condoned the delay vide order dated 20th February, 2025 passed in Civil Application No. 13730 of 2024. 4.

For the reasons stated in the applications it is desirable to condone the delay. The civil applications are allowed. The delay stands condoned on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Office shall register the first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
