03.06.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Deshmukh the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2011. On 10.04.2019 this Court had recorded the statement of the learned A.G.P. upon instructions that the petitioner's claim for verification of the caste certificate will be decided in one month. As per the directions of this Court the petitioner appeared before the committee on 15.04.2019. Though, the vigilance was conducted in the year 2014, a fresh vigilance has been directed to be conducted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validity certificates in respect of his father, real brother and uncle of the petitioner were issued. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance is completed and the caste claim of the petitioner would be positively decided within four weeks.

In fact the order dated 10.04.2019 ought to have been complied and the claim of the petitioner ought to have been decided by now. However, by way of last opportunity the respondent no.4-committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner within three weeks from today.
