This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant claims to have an apprehension of being arrested in connection with Crime No. 188 of 2021 registered with Udgir Rural Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 395 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code ('I.P.C.'), under Section 25(4) of Arms Act and under Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

Heard. Perused First Information Report ('F.I.R.') and related police papers.

Both, the applicant and the informant are present before the Court. They submit that the matter has already been settled at village level. 1 / 2

In view of above, order dated 28th March, 2023 granting the applicant interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
