The present Appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The Appeal is compromised between the parties in Terms of Compromise, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

The First Appeal is disposed off in Terms of Compromise ('X').

As per the Terms of the Compromise, both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter. The Respondents/Insurance Company agreed to deposit enhanced compensation of amount of Rs.1,85,000/- within a period of six weeks from today in the Registry of this Court. 5.

The Appellant/ Original Claimant is entitled to withdraw that amount of enhanced compensation as agreed by the parties in terms of compromise.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
