Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that during pendency of this writ petition, on 12.09.2017, Regular Civil Suit No.541 of 2002 came to be dismissed in default. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is going to file an application for restoration of the suit.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the petitioner is always at liberty to file an application for restoration of the suit.
