Heard learned Counsel for applicant.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, applicant has removed all the objections in time and inadvertently, applicant could not pay defcit Court fees of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundreds only), therefore, registration is refused. Hence, requested to restore the appeal.

Considering the submissions, as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
