PER COURT :- The present application has been filed by the original accused for condonation of delay of 48 days in preferring Criminal Appeal. The appellant was accused in Sessions Case No.47/2022. He has been held guilty of committing offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalna on 05.12.2022.

It appears that since the date of arrest, the accused is in jail. Under such circumstance the application filed by the
