The petitioner has put forth a host of prayers. The sum and substance of his prayers are that proper civic amenities are not supplied to the petitioner village by respondent nos. 7, 8 to 11. The representations made through the local M.L.A. as well as under the signature of the villagers, both to the Executive Engineer, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), Aurangabad are pending adjudication. 2.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court directs respondent nos. 8 to 11 to consider the pending demands of the petitioner and the petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.3.2022 would be considered by respondent no. 10 or any other authority empowered to deal with the said representation.
(b) Respondent no. 10 or any such authority would indicate their response to the said representation of the petitioner on or before 30th September, 2022. (c) We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the merits of the representation and the authority concerned would decide the same strictly in accordance with the rules and the regulations/policies, which may be applicable. (d) Needless to state that in case, there is no legal impediment and the petitioner is depositing the monthly/annual water charges, the water supply may not be disrupted.
