Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondents Nos.2 to 4 was fair enough to establish contact with the office of respondent No.1 and seek response from the office. The communication through e-mail is placed before us for our perusal, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. It is informed to learned A.G.P. that the Hon'ble Governor of Maharashtra was assigned the Appeal for hearing and decision to the Hon'ble Minister of State for Water Resources, Water Conservation and Parliamentary Affairs and it is expected that the appeal would be decided within two months from the date of assignment vide letter dated 12th March, 2019, issued by the office of respondent No.1.

The statement made in the communication takes care of the grievance raised in the petition. As such, the petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid communication.
