Mr. Singh, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that pursuant to the draw held on 23.1.2015, the petitioners herein were selected. The petitioners have also deposited the amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) by way of Demand Draft for the purpose of field verification, however, subsequently the same is cancelled vide subsequent letters. 3.
Mrs. Dube, learned counsel for the respondent/Corporation submits that instructions are received to respondents, wherein the out-come of the draw and lot whatever has happened will be considered as settled and wherever, the draws have been held and the candidates selected as per the said draw further process will continue with regard to the said selected candidates and no fresh draw will be drawn as per the impugned communications. 4.
In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent/corporation that in cases where the candidates are selected by draw, no fresh draw would be issued and further process with regard to field verification and other aspects will be continued in respect of the said selected

In the light of the above, the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
