It is submitted that the Grievance Committee is constituted by the North Maharashtra University and that petitioners have remedy available.

In view of that, though Mr. Adwant, the learned counsel for petitioners sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach the Grievance Committee. No costs.

If the petitioners approach the Grievance Committee, then the Committee shall decide the grievance of petitioners as per the procedure expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of filing of the grievance.
