1) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant exhaustively, the learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the applicant is not in a position to deposit substantial portion of the amount as observed by this Court in earlier order dated 19-12-2014 passed on Criminal Application No.6629/2014. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes statement that he wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
