Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

It is not in dispute respondent no.2 is the victim, at whose behest C.R. No.283 of 2014 came to be registered, resulting into the trial in question. Among the other accused, father and mother of respondent no.2 are also prosecuted.

In the fitness of the things, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to expedite the trial. The trial of Special Case (Pocso) No.4 of 2015, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Gangakhed is expedited. The trial be decided preferably within a period of nine months from today.
