PER COURT :- The petitioner is claiming issuance of directions to the respondent State Election Commission to conduct election of third vacant seat of the village Panchayat Nivdung, Tq. Pathardi, Dist. Ahemedngar. It is the contention of the petitioner that, although there were three vacancies, the State Election Commission has declared the programme for filling up only two vacant seats and failed to notify the programe for the third vacancy. Learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission informs that, as a result of failure of Block

It is further informed that since it has been pointed out to the State Election Commission, as regards occurrence of third vacancy, appropriate steps would be taken and the election for the third vacancy would be declared during the next round.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission, on instructions, writ petition stands disposed of.
