Having perused the investigation papers and for the reasons stated in the order dated 11/03/2016, ad-interim bail granted to the applicant stands confirmed on the following conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 24 of 2016 registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 29th and 30th June 2016 between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. 3.

Criminal Application No. 1322 of 2016 stands allowed in above terms.
