1) After hearing arguments of the learned Senior Counsel and other learned counsels for the applicants in all these applications, when this Court expressed that the
3 Applns 1513,1598,1689 & 1746/2017 Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant from Criminal Application No.1513/2017 and the learned counsels for applicants from other matters submitted that, on instructions, they want to withdraw the applications. So, all the criminal applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
2) It needs to be noted that the previous crime registered against the Managing Committee members (CR No.90/2010) is being investigated by the C.I.D. The present matter is connected matter of that offence and so it is desirable that the investigation of the two crimes (viz. Crime No.16/2017 and Crime No.90/2010) is made by one and the same agency in stead of allowing it to be made by two separate agencies. Copy of the order is to be sent to the Government by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Authenticated copy is allowed to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
