The applicant Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking recalling of order dated 14.01.2020 whereby registration of it's first appeals was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 30 days in filing these applications. This Court has already granted restoration in other connected matter under order dated 14.01.2025. As such, all these applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) to (D) subject to removal of all the office objections within two weeks.
