The appellant is the convict in Sessions Case No.220/2019. He has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on 09.01.2023 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded. Though the

Cri.Appln_1189_2023 learned APP strongly objects, for the reasons stated in the application and since the appellant was required to give legal aid through the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, the delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of. Registry to verify and register the appeal.
