This is an application for regular bail in Crime No.47 of 2015 registered at Adawad Police Station, Taluka Chopda, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 376(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 to 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Heard the learned counsel for parties. Perused papers of investigation.

Incident took place on 19th October, 2015 in the evening. Victim is 14 years old girl. She is a close relative of Applicant. While she was taking meals with others in family Applicant went there and under the pretext to take her to his house took her away in a forest

924 appln.1896.16.odt where he sexually assaulted and threatened the victim. During investigation statement of victim has been recorded. She fully supports the prosecution. Medical evidence indicates that she was sexually assaulted.

In the light of the above this Court finds prima-facie involvement of Applicant in serious crime. Applicant would not be entitled to his release on bail. Hence the following order -
