Petitioner is challenging inclusion of names of respondents 5 and 6 in the final list of voters prepared for the purpose of elections to the Jalgaon District Central Co-operative Bank, Jalgaon. Since the program of election is at an advanced stage, challenge in respect of inclusion of names of respondents in the final list of voters is not liable to be entertained in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
