It cannot be controverted that petitioner society is the defaulter of the District Central Co-operative Bank and as such, the District Co-operative Election Officer has rightly refused enlisting name of the society in the final list of voters. In view of provisions of sections 27(10) and 73(c)(a) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, no interference is called for in the petition at the late stage of the process of election. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
