This is an Application fled by the Insurance Company i.e. Appellant to serve Respondent No.8, namely, Raju Murlidhar Sonkamble through paper publication.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that, notice issued to Respondent No.8 is returned unserved with the endorsement that, he was not residing on the given address and, hence, he has shifted to Pune and the address of Pune was not known. He submits that, the address given in the proceedings was the last known address of Respondent No.8 where he resided lastly. He submits that, the Applicant be permitted to serve Respondent No.8 by paper publication having wide circulation in Latur District. 3.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - B. Needful be done within a period of six [6] weeks. 4.
