O R D E R

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(ii) If the amount is deposited in this Court, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 06.09.2019, then only, the stay granted earlier to continue.

(iii) Inform the concerned Court / executing Court accordingly. (iv) The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. (v) The appeals be listed on 09.06.2022.
