933-CA-4884-2023 in these applications. Likewise the learned AGP waives service for respondent-State authorities. The appellant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay period as mentioned in all these applications, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay periods in both these applications stand condoned. 2.
