Heard Mr M.R. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants and Mr S.B. Choudhari holding for Mr S.S. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

It is revealed during the course of argument that this appeal was placed before the National Lok Adalat on 11th December, 2021. The insurance company has withdrawn the appeal and the same stands disposed of. However, there is no speaking order passed by the Panel of Lok Adalat regarding payment of compensation amount which is lying with the Registry. As such, the claimants are constrained to move this application. It would be just and proper to pass order regarding payment of compensation to the claimants.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

2 24-CA-5966-2022 (ii) The amount of compensation, if any, lying with the Registry, the Registry is directed to make payment thereof to the claimants/applicants as per the procedure.
