An affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of Respondent No.6 wherein it is stated that Respondent No.6 would take away the Sonography machine and keep the same in the custody of Respondents No.5 and 6 at a suitable place in sealed condition.

The sonography machine shall be shifted on drawing a panchanama as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks from today. The responsibility to upkeep the machine in proper condition would be of Respondents No.5 and 6 after the same is taken over in their possession.

In view of the affidavit-in-reply presented by Respondent No.6, grievance raised by the petitioner, in this petition, stands redressed. It would be open for the petitioner to

{2} wp443815.odt tender an appropriate application to the concerned authority seeking suspension of the registration or for grant of an exemption from tendering periodical returns.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
