Mr.Bade Patil, learned counsel, on instructions, states that the claim of the Petitioner as belonging to Koli-Malhar, Scheduled Tribe, is invalidated by the Committee and the said judgment is also upheld by this Court in Writ Petition No.1712 of 2006 vide order dated 3rd August, 2010. In light of the above, the relief claimed in the present writ petition does not survive. As such, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs.
