The learned AGP submits that considering Section 3(q) and 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this matter will have to be filed before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. He further pointed out that there are several candidates, who are not amenable to the jurisdiction of the learned Tribunal at Aurangabad or even the High Court at Aurangabad. Many of them are from Kolhapur, Nagpur, Washim, Thane, Buldhana and Solapur. 02.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that appropriate proceeding would be filed before the appropriate Benches of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to approach the respective learned Tribunals having jurisdiction to deal with the matters.
