It is pointed out that the amount which the petitioners were directed to deposit has been stated to be Rs.39,81,619/- in the order passed by this Court on 6th February, 2017, however, the amount exactly calculated comes to Rs.37,81,619/-. Shri A.V.Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, concedes the said fact.

In the circumstances, in the order dated 6th February, 2017, the amount as mentioned Rs.39,81,619/- be substituted with Rs.37,81,619/-. The Registry to accept the amount. Civil Application disposed of.
