The learned counsel for Applicants submits that, inadvertently, Civil Application No.6247 of 2017 was wrongly filed in First Appeal (Stamp) No.19083 of 2011 (RC No.782 of 2015), though the aforesaid civil application is in First Appeal No.1386 of 2017 and therefore, in the order dated 7th July, 2017, in the title section, it is shown that Civil Application No.6247 of 2017 is in RC No.782 of 2015 i.e. First Appeal (Stamp) No.19083 of 2011.

In view of the above, in the order dated 7th July, 2017, "Civil Application No.6247 of 2017 in RC No.782 of 2015" be treated as "Civil Application No.6247 of 2017 in First Appeal No.1386 of 2017". Office

ca.6247.17.odt to detach the said civil application from RC No.782 of 2015 i.e. First Appeal (Stamp) No.19083 of 2011 and the said civil application be attached to First Appeal No.1386 of 2017.
