The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 399 days, which appears to be caused due to their poor fnancial condition. The learned AGP and the learned counsel for the respondent No.3acquiring body strongly opposed the application. 2.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 399 days condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. The application is accordingly disposed of.
