The writ petition is disposed of. In the writ petition the validation proceeding was directed to be decided expeditiously. The learned counsel submits that, against the termination, the petitioner has already filed appeal. The Committee be directed to decide the validation proceedings within stipulated period. 2.

Considering the fact that, validation proceeding is pending since long, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of six (06) months from today. The civil application is disposed of.
