During pendency of the petition respondent No.1 Ranjana Jadhav expired on 05-05-2021. However, the petitioners could not get the knowledge immediately about the death of respondent No.1. It is also stated that the petitioners were not aware about the fact that the legal representatives are required to be taken on record. For this reason 573 days delay caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. 3.

The petitioners to carryout the amendment within a period of four weeks from today.
