This is an application for bring on record the legal representatives of the petitioner No.1 with a prayer to condone the delay of 90 days. 3.

We have heard the learned advocate, learned AGP and perused the papers.

The Writ Petition was filed way back in the year 2013 and the delay is of barely 90 days in bringing the legal representatives of the petitioner No.1. 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
